Poor Customer Service
The people who work in this office lack customer service. It takes them forever to get back to you. They avoid your calls. It takes them weeks to address any issues. They do not listen to customer concerns, nor does it seem they want to take care of them. They are rude and will flat out tell you they are done talking about your issues with your apartment even if they are part of ny state law such as needing smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors. By far the worst people to deal with, when it comes to renting or buying.. tenants and buyers beware!
